Search Génolevures

Search for genetic elements by gene name or nomenclature
Use a systematic gene or chromosomal element name written in Durrens notation, or a gene name registered in the EMBL by SGD, or a systematic S. cerevisiae locus name as originally defined by the MIPS.
Examples: CAGL0H03795p, KLTH0G10384p, DEHA2A14542g, SACE0M10318g, KLLA0B09064p, ADH2, YMR303C
Search for protein families by family name or protein member
Use a systematic family name or a protein name (a systematic gene name followed by "p").
Examples: GL3R3003, GL3C0522, ZYRO0F04840p,
Search for genetic elements or protein families by annotations only
Use keywords that might appear in free text annotations. You can select a subset of species (see Options).
Example: alcohol dehydrogenase
Search by free text
Use gene/protein/element/family names, or keywords that might appear in free text annotations. This is the same as the Search box in the page header. You can select a subset of species (see Options).
Example: alcohol dehydrogenase
